Refund Policy

Buy with confidence knowing that your purchase is 100% refundable minus any expenses we have incurred to begin your service. However, for Business Formation services, once our payment is sent to the state, we cannot accept any cancellations or changes to your filing.

 You may pay for your purchases with the payment methods specified on the Website. B.I.M Corporation or its service providers will obtain payment pre-approval from your payment service when your order is processed. The purchase payment will be charged to your payment service if and when your order is processed or as otherwise set out in your order.

 

Given the nature of our products, which includes a life-time access to all the resources available through your account, except as expressly set forth in these Terms of Service or applicable Other Agreements, pre-paid fees are only refundable within 3 business days following the purchase.
