We deliver custom analytics, data warehousing, governance, and predictive solutions to clients across healthcare, finance, public sector, and enterprise.

We are expanding our national network of independent Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to build new relationships, introduce B.I.M’s solutions to prospective clients, and generate qualified leads.

As a Business Development Representative, you will play a vital role in driving B.I.M Corporation’s growth by identifying new client opportunities, engaging prospects, and coordinating solution alignment calls.
This is a non-salaried, independent role with commission-based compensation and optional partnership incentives for top performers.

Role Summary
Key Responsibilities
  • Research and identify mid-market and enterprise organizations in need of BI or data transformation services

  • Conduct outreach via email, phone, and LinkedIn to initiate conversations with decision-makers

  • Qualify prospects through discovery calls and needs assessment

  • Articulate B.I.M’s value proposition, solution offerings, and case study wins

  • Coordinate introductory meetings for B.I.M consultants and account strategists

  • Maintain prospect data in CRM and report activity regularly to the Growth Lead

Ideal Candidate Profile
  • 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or lead generation

  • Clear and confident communicator with excellent written and verbal skills

  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage your pipeline

  • Familiarity with BI concepts or enterprise data platforms is a plus

  • Professionalism, curiosity, and persistence are essential

Compensation

-Commission-based earnings tied to lead conversion and client acquisition
- Optional performance-based incentives (project bonuses, revenue share tiers)
- No cap on earnings
